2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Biforst Logistics's website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Biforst Logistics's website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
3. Disclaimer
All materials on Biforst Logistics's website are provided "as is". Biforst Logistics makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims other warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. Biforst Logistics does not represent that the materials on its website, or any linked website, are accurate, complete, or reliable.
4. Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Biforst Logistics and its suppliers are not responsible for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on Biforst Logistics's website, including where Biforst Logistics or an authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Biforst Logistics's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Biforst Logistics does not guarantee that the materials on this website are accurate, complete, or current. Biforst Logistics may change the materials on its website at any time; the latest version will be published on the site.
6. Links
Biforst Logistics has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by Biforst Logistics of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. Worker Mobile App
The mobile app may be used only by workers given an account or access by Biforst, for legitimate work and operational purposes. Do not share an account, impersonate another person, or give access to an unauthorised person. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked when work or authorisation ends, a breach occurs, security requires it, or the app is misused.
8. Data, Device Permissions, and Acceptable Use
Workers must provide truthful, complete, and current data for their profile, attendance, and trips. While working, workers must provide the device permissions required for assigned features, including location/GPS or camera when used for operational purposes. You must not falsify attendance or location, upload unrelated photos, interfere with tracking or app security, reverse engineer the app, misuse data, or use the app for personal or unlawful purposes.
9. Incidents and Reporting
Report promptly to your supervisor or Biforst contact if a device is lost, an account is misused, data or a photo is incorrect, location is inaccurate, or a safety or security incident occurs. Use the app only in safe conditions and follow applicable operational instructions; do not use a device in a way that creates a driving hazard.
10. Intellectual Property
Biforst's name, logo, software, design, text, photos, and materials belong to Biforst or its licensors. You receive only a limited permission to use them as needed for the website or authorised work. No ownership is transferred; unauthorised copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
11. Changes and Governing Law
Biforst may update the website, app, or these terms from time to time and will show the latest version on this page. These public terms do not specify a jurisdiction; the applicable law and forum should be confirmed by Biforst for the relevant entity and agreement.
